What you can expect from working together.
My approach to Recruitment 101 is not only to give you my advice on Talent Acquisition but to coach you to understand and build out your recruitment process so that you can repeat the process again and again for future hires. I want to make sure you have the tools and resources required to take control of hiring for your business.
So, what does this look like in practice?
During the ‘Define’ part of our engagement, we will define what it is you really need in your business to build out the job description and determine what the person specification looks like. From here, we will identify the key technical skills and human skills you’re looking for and develop the job description – this will be the foundation for the ‘Assess’ stage.
To ‘Attract’ the right candidate’s you need a separate job advert and then the right channels to advertise on. We will make sure that we identify the key routes to market that will connect with the candidates you want. Whether that’s through online advertising platforms, networks or communities or through recruitment agencies, we will ensure you get the right people applying for your role.
The ‘Assess’ stage is a critical part of the recruitment process. We will use the information we gathered in the ‘Define’ stage to develop your candidate screening criteria, interview question guides and feedback templates – ensuring all information is captured and stored compliantly.
Now all that’s left to do is ‘Hire’.
Over a matter of days you will be equipped with the tools and resources you need to hire now and a scalable foundation for the future.
